The Veil Between Worlds - Listening to the Whispers of Spirit

Every October, the air seems to shimmer with something just beyond definition, a sense that the veil between worlds grows thin, and the boundary between here and there softens. In Celtic traditions, this is the season of Samhain, a time when our ancestors are closest and messages flow more freely from Spirit. But long before rituals and traditions, this sacred threshold existed within the human heart, in the quiet place that knows there’s more to life than what we can see.
When we open ourselves to the unseen, communication doesn’t always come as words. It might arrive as a nudge of intuition, a dream that feels unusually vivid, or an animal whose timing is too perfect to be a coincidence. Spirit speaks in ways that bypass logic and reach directly into the soul’s knowing.
In my work as a medium and animal communicator, October often brings a surge of messages from both human and animal souls who wish to remind their loved ones that the connection never ends. These messages carry a gentleness, an invitation to trust that love is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed.
This month, I invite you to create moments of stillness to listen. Step outside in the early morning mist. Light a candle and call upon your ancestors or beloved animal companions in Spirit. Ask for a sign and then allow it to come in its own way.
The veil may be thin this month, but it is always accessible to those who listen with the heart.
