Intuition is our internal GPS that we have access to at all times. It is an incredible gift, a resource, that once acknowledged can help answer every question we have and guide us more easily through life. Once we know what intuition is, we can then learn how to use it.
First, we need to understand why these experiences are happening. We are all born psychic and if that term is scary you can call it intuition or your internal GPS. Intuition is defined as, “the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning.” I call it our direct connection to source.
When we are born into this life we are still very strongly connected to source, the pure, loving non-physical energy that we incarnated from. I use the term 'source' in lieu of a denominational phrase like 'god', but I could also interchange it with 'the divine', or 'the universe'. It is our connection to this divine energy that gets dulled as we grow up and learn to rely more on our five senses while our intuition falls by the wayside.
The good news is that intuition is like a muscle, the more we use it, the stronger it becomes. All we need to do is set our intention to harness, cultivate and trust it.
We can regularly tap into our intuition by using our sixth sense, intuitive or psychic abilities. Receiving information intuitively is all about ENERGY. Everything and everyone are made up of, store and radiate energy. It is because we are made up of energy that we can receive and read information, emitted energetically, via our intuitive or psychic senses.
Energy is the key. Once we understand energy, we can understand how to harness, tap into, transform, and read energy. In the next few weeks, we will learn more about the various forms of Energy tools for your intuitive development.
